Agendas for City Council and all other Board meetings are prepared and mailed Friday prior to each meeting. All material for Council consideration should reach the City Clerk’s office by 4:00 p.m. on Thursday prior to the City Council Meeting.

The Community Development/Tax Increment Finance Board is responsible for making recommendation and providing oversight of the City’s developmental activities and functions. The CMDV/TIF Board is also responsible for making recommendation and providing oversight of the City’s established TIF districts.
