In the event a scheduled date falls on a holiday, meetings will be rescheduled and notice given. Agendas for City Council and all other Board meetings are prepared and mailed Friday prior to each meeting. All material for Council consideration should reach the City Clerk’s office by 4:00 p.m. on Thursday prior to the City Council Meeting.
