<h5>For further information, phone City Hall at (309)944-6419 between 8am and 4pm, Monday through Friday. All Shelters are available to reserve May 1st through September 30th, the remainder of the year, they are available on a first-come, first-served basis. (Restrooms closed October – April due to water shut off).</h5>

If not picked up it could result in Reservations being canceled.</h5></li><li style="text-align: left;"><h5>For additional sound and performance needs, contact Larry Lord 309.945.3020</h5></li><li style="text-align: left;"><h5>If your shelter reservation is on the weekend please come in Friday and pick up your key.</h5></li></ul>
RH Stage Shelter Additional Information:
<ul><li style="text-align: left;"><h5>Picnic Tables – x2 picnic tables can be provided at the applicant’s request. Additional table requests may be made, for an additional fee to be determined by the City, depending on availability.</h5></li><li style="text-align: left;"><h5>Alcohol at Events: The City may consider allowing alcohol at stage/performance events in which the applicant is reserving the Stage Shelter, as well as Shelter #7. Alcohol must be served by a Class H Alcohol License holder, and an “area of control” must be approved and established by the City for alcohol to be sold and consumed within. Applicants may reserve fencing materials from the City to establish this perimeter, for an additional fee to be determined by the City, depending on availability.</h5></li></ul>

<h5>Facility fees must be paid upon reservation. If the reservation is cancelled, 50% of the fees are retained<br />by the City of Geneseo. If any damages occur, or keys are not returned to the city, you will be invoiced<br />for the repairs and/or replacement expenses.</h5>

<h5>I agree to assume the responsibility of having all members of my group adhere to the City of Geneseo rules and regulations<br />regarding park use. I understand that there is NO ALCOHOL permitted on City property. I understand that I am responsible<br />for any damage that may occur to the shelter or surrounding area. I agree to indemnify and hold the City harmless from all<br />personal injuries or death, or property damage occurring as a result of the activities in connection with this application. I<br />further agree to obtain and keep in effect for the period of any use of City property under this application Comprehensive<br />liability insurance in the amount of $1,000,000 combined single limit coverage. Unless exempted, I will provide a certificate<br />of insurance to the City. This insurance requirement shall only apply to commercial businesses, churches and other<br />incorporated entities. Family or friend parties or charitable events are exempt from the insurance requirement. I have read<br />and understand the rules and information regarding shelter reservations.</h5>
