“Sec. 10-144 Class H (Special Use) license (Current license holder, off-premises location).  The intent of this license is to permit the sale and consumption of alcoholic beverages in areas not otherwise authorized by the holder’s underlying license for a specified period of time. The applicant shall state the dates and times requested and the license shall clearly show this information.”

 Sec. 10-142 – Special Events (Class F) license (not-for-profit license holder). (a) Special Events (Class F) license, which shall authorize the retail sale on the premises specified of beer and wine for limited time periods for special events. The application shall state the dates and times requested and the license shall clearly show this information.

(b) Class F Licenses shall only be issued to a not-for-profit entity authorized to do business in the State of Illinois.
